By creating a more walkable community, supporting diversified neighborhoods, and focusing on residents' needs, we can strengthen our community.

Residents are the most important asset in the City of Winchester. That's why we need to focus on the citizen-centered design including continued development of diverse neighborhoods and universally accessible public spaces. We can achieve this by focusing on:

• Continued funding of sidewalk improvements

• Community involvement in neighborhood planning

• Additional greenscapes and trees

• A broader range of zoning types in each neighborhood
